That said, in my experience as real estate professional, I've also found that generating the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener and responding quickly to your needs. (And, I believe this is why 71% of our past year's business was from referral or returning past clients). I don't think that you have visited this site to learn so much about me as about buying and selling a home but I'll gladly further share my background and experience upon request.
While I have concentrated on condominiums, townhomes and lofts over the last several years due to their increasing popularity, I have helped over 1550 individuals or families during my 30+ years as a Realtor Broker Associate to purchase or sell single family homes in virtually every area of the greater KC market.
