Tom began his career as a Realtor over 25 years ago after a 7-year career as Vice President, Marketing, for an international airline. Except for the years when he was in management areas he has always ranked in the top 5% of production among his peers and a few times in the top 2 %. He has sold $20,000,000 in one recent year and has ranked #20 among over 10,000 area Realtors.
His philosophy of business is simple: a client is an opportunity to become their Realtor for Life by providing the highest form of professional customer service. Over 70% of his business is either from return clients or their referrals. It is an honor to him to be involved in some of the major decisions of their lives.
His experience level increased as he managed the New Homes Sales for a major company and developed a clientele of developers and builders needing marketing and feasibility studies. That experience translates into the ability to guide clients through the building process.
